How Kindness Sparkles

Black White SparklesIn my article where I talk about how “I got it wrong” I tell the story of the young lad who throws star fish back in to the ocean despite someone telling him it was a pointless act.

The thing about kindness is, that it’s often the simplest acts which can be so rewarding.

Smiling at someone who is having a bad day, helping someone cross the road or giving up your seat for someone on the bus are all positive actions you may have taken without realising what a difference you’ve made to your energy and that of those around you.

This page is dedicated to you – for the acts of kindness you’ve made which have helped you, or how other people have helped you sparkle.

Simply comment below in just a short paragraph showing how you or someone else has made a difference to you, no matter how small this act of kindness may have been.

Perhaps you’ve shown kindness to yourself? Share that here too and don’t be afraid to tell people how you’ve helped another – in so doing, you could inspire someone to do the same.

In the meantime, stay sparkling.
