Sleeping pills “linked to Dementia”

For anyone who has ever stared at the ceiling for hours on end, or tossed and turned in the night whilst trying to sleep you may be relieved to know you’re not alone. According to research, one in three of us are suffering with insomnia – problems falling asleep or staying asleep. The reasons for this can vary from illness and injury, relationship problems, stress at work to Bereavement.

However, reaching for the sleeping pills may not be a healthy option according to a recent research, reported in the Daily Mail.
