I’m Delphi Ellis, a Qualified Therapist, Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer, and Mindfulness Practitioner – Helping You Sparkle™.

I help people get their sparkle back, often after a difficult period in their life.

I provide private counselling and group classes and workshops, as a positive route to recovery from stress, anxiety and depression and life-challenging situations, like illness and bereavement.

I also provide corporate training in Mental Health and Bereavement Awareness, and developed and lead the nationwide delivery of the More Than Words Peer Support Champion training, to tackle loneliness.

I am an Advocate for Women’s Well-being, encouraging self-care and compassion. I was nominated for one of the Women who Keep Bedfordshire Safer Awards, by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, in 2018.
